You know that you should be excercising. You know it is good for your body and your health. You also know that you would be looking better, feel better and your self confidence would be better too.

Try a simple trick. Tell yourself that instead of working out for one hour or more you will go there for ten minutes only and if you get tired you give up and get back to home.

This way it will be easier for you to go there. And you´ll see that once you are there you will stay there for longer than 10 minutes.
